邮寄书籍 is a free service that delivers library materials to Yolo County residents through the mail. This program is designed for residents that are prevented from visiting a Yolo County Library branch due to a disability, 疾病, 或者缺乏定期的交通工具.

Seniors 60+ look forward to gathering for lunch each weekday. 的 opportunity to socialize with peers is as important a part of the program as the meal itself.  Congregate meals are offered at the 664 Cummins Way site in West Sacramento in one seating at 11:30 am. 的 site is on the Route 40 YoloBus route at Cummins Way at Reuter bus stop.

Many seniors suffer from depression 和 loneliness 和 need a reason to leave their homes. 在现场, 咖啡壶开着, there is a pool table 和 open computers for use, 和 time to 'just chat' before 和 after lunchtime.  Social contact with friends 和 acquaintances is an important component of the congregate dining experience. Seniors are encouraged to contribute financially what they are able, but the program does not have a certain price for the meal; if they are able to make a contribution in any amount, 非常感谢.

Yolo Adult Day Health Center (YADHC) has implemented a new program that will provide Yolo Special bus tickets to eligible seniors. 的 transportation program will provide disabled seniors with vouchers to be used as tickets for Yolobus Special. 的 vouchers may be used for medical appointments, shopping or a variety of other purposes.
