  • 退休的 & Senior Volunteer Program allows you to choose assignments from a variety of community settings such as schools, food distribution centers, 库, law enforcement agencies, 医院, and non-profit organizations.   • Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Program educates people about disaster preparedness for hazards that may impact their area and trains them in basic disaster response skills, such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations.   • Generation Bridge is seeking senior volunteers for their summer and after school program working with youth. For more information contact the West Sacramento Community Center at (916) 617-4620.
  • Yolo County Neighborhood Court seeks to address low level crimes, outside of the traditional criminal justice system, using community-based solutions to swiftly address the harm caused by these offenses. Neighborhood Court utilizes restorative justice concepts which identify crime as acts that cause harm to people and communities.
